Bio
Dr. Segaric has extensive experience in nursing education and has worked with undergraduate students at all levels and across various client populations and nursing practice settings. Dr. Segaric also teaches in the MsN Program and is currently the Coordinator of the Masters in Health Leadership and Policy (MHLP): Clinical Education and Senior's Care Programs. She has a particular passion for maternal-child and family nursing, quality assurance/improvement in health care, and teaching/learning scholarship with particular focus on curriculum development, innovations for teaching and learning, and faculty mentorship. Cheryl is also the recipient of the UBC Killam Teaching Prize (2021).
