Need to Request Academic Concession?
BSN Students who miss In-term Work or who miss a Final Exam for ALL courses offered by UBC School of Nursing and are requesting academic concession must submit this form within 48 hours of their absence or inability to complete graded work. If you are requesting academic concession for multiple courses you must make a separate submission for each course. There is no limit to the number of times you can submit this form. Academic concessions are generally granted when students are facing an unexpected situation or circumstance that prevents them from completing graded work. Students may request an academic concession for unanticipated changes in personal responsibilities that create a conflict, medical circumstances, or compassionate grounds.
