Untelling Nursing History: Centering the Voices of IBPOC Nurses

You are invited to celebrate the launch of our Digital Mural Project, Untelling Nursing History: Centering the Voices of IBPOC Nurses, funded by the UBC Nursing Anti-Racism Committee. We have created an interactive website with ten embedded videos that showcase the histories of BIPOC nurses. More than 40 people from within and outside our community have contributed their voices and time to this project. We hope to honour many of these people at our in-person launch event. At the event, we will introduce you to the website, play short clips from the narrated stories we have created, and briefly discuss the process we went through as a group in creating this website & anti-racism intervention. We will also provide time for the audience to ask questions or share their thoughts about the project.

We will also be providing snacks and drinks.
