About
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm PT
The COVID-19 pandemic exposed the absence of family and resident voices in long-term care (LTC) decision-making. This study, a collaboration with the Independent Long-Term Care Councils Associations of BC, identified factors affecting council effectiveness through virtual focus groups and interviews. Results informed the creation of a tool to improve council performance.
