New action guide empowers people with dementia

"Research shows being engaged in community is one of the biggest factors in slowing the condition’s progression." UBC News sat down with one of the principal investigators on the study, Dr. Alison Phinney and Mr. Jim Mann, an action group member, to talk about how the action guide can empower people with dementia to reclaim their lives as full social citizens.
