The award comes on the heels of another significant moment for Dr. Ollivier, who spoke at the BC Legislature on March 6 on behalf of BC Women’s Hospital. She addressed the media and other attendees during the announcement of a new Federal-Provincial Pharmacare initiative, which will provide coverage for menopause medications in British Columbia. Dr. Ollivier’s remarks highlighted the importance of accessible, evidence-based care for women navigating midlife health challenges—an area that has historically been underserved.
