Congratulations are due to Dr. Manon Ranger and Dr. Lillian Hung whose Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) grants have been matched by the BC Knowledge Development Fund (BCKDF). The BCKDF recently announced funding for 78 projects led by UBC researchers in both Vancouver and Okanagan campuses, and we are so pleased that Lillian and Manon are among those named. These funds will support research equipment and infrastructure for:
Healthy Brain Development in Preterm Infants led by Manon Ranger (Nursing / BC children's Hospital).
Canadian Institutes of Health Research Partnership Grant Canada Research Chair in Senior Care led by Lillian Hung (Nursing).
